This fully accredited course is for anyone who is involved in the recruitment and selection of school based staff. It will give participants the information and understanding they need to recruit safely and to comply with relevant statutory guidance and legislation.
The course promotes awareness and sensitivity to safeguarding, enabling learners to identify the types and characteristics of abuse, record disclosure and appropriately share information with the relevant people.
