They provide a vital bridge between senior leaders and the teaching staff\, acting as both a filter and buffer.\nJames Bowen\, NAHT director of policy and director of NAHT Edge. \nOur Aspiring Middle Leader Programme is designed to prepare you for the vital role of middle leadership. This six-part course\, delivered across the academic year by our Executive Director of Education\, will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed. \nIf you’re an aspiring middle leader\, have recently stepped into the role\, or are simply keen to learn more\, we would love for you to join us! \nSession 01: Models of leadership and what good leadership means to you.\nSession 02: Building a team.\nSession 03: Improvement plans and leading change.\nSession 04: Dealing with the unexpected and evaluating your impact.\nSession 05: Time Management.\nSession 06: The practical process of becoming a Middle Leader.  \nPlease note that it is the expectation that once signed up\, delegates will attend all sessions and complete the programme to gain their CPD certificate.
