Designed for experienced primary middle leaders, this programme offers the opportunity to refine your leadership skills, strengthen your practice and build on your existing experience.

Led by our Executive Director of Education, the programme combines leadership development, practical application and professional dialogue to deepen participants’ understanding of impactful middle leadership. Through exploring the challenges and opportunities of the role, participants will strengthen their ability to lead teams, drive school improvement and make a positive difference to the experiences, opportunities and outcomes for our children.
